The first Tsa-lung Kunsang Gongpa Kundu retreat in Russia

Kunzang Gongpa Kundu is a cycle of Dzogchen teachings, discovered by great terton Pema Lingpa. Tsa-lung practice is very important in this cycle, it is intended to cleanse channels ("Tsa" or "Nadi"), winds (lung or prana), and essential elements ("bindu") of our body.
This retreat is a unique opportunity for students of Rinpoche, who follow the Kunzang Gongpa Kundu path.
Benza Guru Rinpoche conducts similar retreats in France at Pema Yang Dzong, the main European center of Yeshe Khorlo for two years. Next year he will come to Russia at the invitation of the Yeshe Khorlo Russia center, with the blessing of Gangteng Rinpoche.
Benza Guru Rinpoche - the reincarnation of Tulku Karma Rinpoche Samten, known in Bhutan as Vajra Guru Rinpoche, due to the fact that he repeatedly gave initiations of the Vajra Guru.
Rinpoche is a student of Gangteng Rinpoche. He was trained in the Gangteng shedra and other places, has finished the traditional three-year retreat, and in 2012 received the degree of Khenpo during the Drubchen Lama Norbu Gyatso in Gangteng Gompa.
A necessary condition for participation in the retreat, like for all Kinzang Gongpa Kundu retreats, is the implementation of the preliminary practices Ngondro from this cycle.
By the beginning of the retreat, you must perform at least 10,000 each of the five savings. Full accumulation (100,000) must be completed during lifetime.
Teaching for Tsa-lung is spread over two years - two retreats for approximately two weeks with an interval of one year.

Drubcho on the sadhana "Lama Norbu Gyatso"

"Guru Ocean of Jewels" ("Lama Norbu Gyatso") is a sadhana of Guru Rinpoche.
Drubcho is an intensive practice of a sadhana performed in a course of several daytime sessions.
Under the guidance of Benza Guru Rinpoche, we will perform an intensive retreat on the accumulation of Vajra Guru Mantra and offerings of the Feast (Tsog).
This retreat is open to everyone!
